Google Analytics. Google bought Urchin a while ago, which IMO is probably the best software out there. Urchin is expensive, but Google offers Google Analytics for free.

Only downside it that it doesn’t read server logs, so you won’t get stuff like bot visits. On the other hand, the reporting is excellent, and I use it on all my sites.
